Specialist in condensed matter physics, materials science, laser materials processing, renewable energy systems, and regional infrastructure projects in Israel.
Regular speaker at the interdisciplinary seminars of the New Israel Association of Sciences (including his autumn session lecture on 13 September 2026, “Materials: A Retrospective and Perspective View”). The NIAS full-text archive contains 11 of his research papers in Russian and English (co-authored with Eng. Nahum Kogan) on hybrid solar power plants, sustainable development of the Negev desert, and Dead Sea basin rehabilitation.
