Specialist in intelligent information technologies, applied artificial intelligence architectures, information security, and digital research infrastructure. Head of Department No. 15 of Intelligent Information Technologies (with the Information Security Section), established by resolution of the Scientific Council of the New Israel Association of Sciences (NIAS) on 10 September 2026; Member of the NIAS Scientific Council.

Appointed by the NIAS Editorial Board on 15 October 2026 as Technical Editor of the official trilingual portal nias.org.il (HE / RU / EN) and the NIAS Electronic Interdisciplinary Scientific Collection. Oversees the scientific repository architecture, digital accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA / Israeli Standard 5568), automated manuscript and seminar intake pipelines, and Highwire Press / Google Scholar bibliographic indexing.

Leads the initial applied pilot study of Department No. 15, “Rules for Verifying Artificial Intelligence Responses in Scientific and Educational Outreach Tasks” (evaluating AI output reliability across a 20-task open and synthetic benchmark, detecting fabrications and unverified citations, assessing information security risks, and preserving human decision accountability) in collaboration with adjacent Department No. 04.
